The Band
John Newman—has played guitar since his early teens and cites various styles and genres among his influences.
He is also an accomplished writer who taught at UC Santa Cruz, was awarded a Steinbeck Fellowship in 2011-2012, and has several books in print. For more information about those, click here.
Daniel Patchin—has played many different styles in the years he has been applying his educated digits to the fretless fingerboard—supplying the bottom end for every kind of music from modern jazz, to folk and Bluegrass.

Mario Zelaya—plays rhythm guitar and has played in various rock bands during high school and college years in the Bay Area. After earning his BA in graphic design, he opened his own business, Zelaya Designs, in 1979. He continues to pursue his interest in music with Harvest.
